All merchandise is purchased directly from official vendors. FightRack.com has not and will never carry imitation merchandise.

(A) - No, no, no, and no. FightRack, Inc. takes your privacy rights seriously. We do not share your contact information with outside sources - no worries with FightRack!

(A) - FightRack.com credit card transactions and commerce are done using Yahoo!'s well-respected, reliable and secure 128-bit encryption services.

(Q) - Does FightRack accept money orders?
(A) - We do not offer money order transactions at this time.
(Q) - What is the Return Policy at FightRack.com?
(A) - If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in original packaging with no signs of wear or washing. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in denial of an exchange. FightRack, Inc. will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items returned to us during shipping. The customer is responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs.

(Q) - What is the process of exchanging or returning an item?
(A) - If you would like to exchange an item(s), we offer 2 methods:
a. Traditional exchange service:
Send the item(s) you wish to return to the address given below. Please fill out and include the bottom portion of your packing slip.
Your exchange will be completed upon receipt of the returned item.
Please contact FightRack with information about your pending exchange and the requested replacement item(s). This will allow FightRack to verify product(s) availability.
Additional exchange shipping charges will apply for all exchanges
b. Expedited exchange service:
We recommend placing a new online order for your requested exchange item(s) and preferred shipping method. Send the item(s) you wish to return to the address given below. Please fill out and include the bottom portion of your packing slip.
Your refund will be applied (less shipping) upon receipt of the returned item.
Return Service:
If you are simply returning an item, please send the item back with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return. A refund will be applied (less shipping) upon receipt of the item.
Return Shipping Information:
FightRack, Inc. will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items returned to us during shipping. All returns or exchanges may be sent via shipping company and method of your choice, however, FightRack recommends delivery confirmation and/or insurance for all return packages. The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
If the reason for return is by fault of FightRack, Inc., (such as wrong item, size, etc.) please notify FightRack Customer Support within 14 days from date of delivery. Customers may return the item for a full refund of all shipping and purchase charges if no replacement is desired or available.
