(Q) - Does FightRack accept money orders?
(A) - Absolutely. Please email the list of items you wish to purchase and your exact shipping address to orders@fightrack.com. We will respond with a grand total for your order including shipping cost and tax (if applicable).Once we receive your money order, we will ship your order to your indicated shipping address. We hold all items for a maximum of 14 business days.
(Q) - What is the Return Policy at FightRack.com?
(A) - If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in original packaging with no signs of wear or washing. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in denial of an exchange. FightRack, Inc. will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items returned to us during shipping. The customer is responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs.
(Q) - What is the process of exchanging or returning an item?
(A) - If you would like to exchange an item, please send the item to the return address given below with a copy of your invoice and instructions for exchange. A refund will be applied upon receipt of the item. You may place a new order for the item you wish to purchase which will usually ship the same day.
If you are simply returning an item, please send the item back with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return. A refund will be applied upon receipt of the item. FightRack, Inc. will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items returned to us during shipping. The customer is responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs.
If the reason for return is by fault of FightRack, Inc., (such as wrong item, size, etc.) please notify FightRack Customer Support within 14 days from date of delivery. Customers may return the item for a full refund of all shipping and purchase charges if no replacement is desired or available.
